Best's Bin 1 Shiraz is a cool climate Shiraz made predominantly from Best's own Great Western vineyards with some fruit sourced from local growers.

With the scarcity of Best's Thomson Family and Bin 0 Shiraz, Bin 1 Shiraz gives many their first taste of Great Western Shiraz. All aspects of the winemaking are handled on site, giving Best's full control over quality.

Deep red magenta, Best's Bin 1 Shiraz has red and blue fruit flavours, firm tannins and a mineral acid backbone. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
